Quality Assurance by having appropriately trained staff, clear and effective written policies and procedures, validated processes and cleaning facilities, accurate documentation and record logs.

Quality Control measures are applied to incoming goods quarantine,testing and release, in process testing and approval, finished product testing, approval and product release. This is achieved by having trained and qualified production operators, quality control techinians and support staff.
